  • lead, mentor and build research capacity, including with Early Career Researcher Forum members
  • ensure research is relevant and has impact on global and national policy and practice priorities
  • transfer knowledge to clinicians, educators, policy makers, service users and the wider community via the palliative hub and PCRN events
  • learn from global experts, share knowledge and network via PCRN events including the Annual PCRN Symposium

AIIHPC PCRN Membership Criteria and Application Process

The Membership criteria are:

  • Applicant’s institution is a member organisation of AIIHPC, list available here
  • Applicant’s CV is reviewed by membership review subcommittee
  • Applicant is an experienced researcher in palliative and end of life care
  • Applicant is currently collaborating on research in the area of palliative and end of life care         
  • Applicant has a record of publication and has received funding for palliative care and end of life research


The review committee consists of three AIIHPC PCRN members.
